Melissa was so personable, easy to work with and extremely helpful in such an already difficult time. She worked with our family until everything was exactly right. The monument itself turned about absolutely beautiful. My family and I would highly recommend her and her services!

We had a memorial made and delivered by Flambeau Monuments this past fall (2018). It is amazing and gorgeous. We wanted some particular pictures place onto it and engraved. With the laser etching they can do the pictures turned out perfectly. Melissa is very good at what she does and is courteous and considerate at a time that could otherwise be very challenging. The monument we got was very fairly priced. We thought with what we wanted that we would have paid much more. Definitely worth every penny.
